"Felt genuinely respected :)"
They were really good about keeping things private and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. No awkward moments at all, which I really appreciated. I felt like my dignity was respected from start to finish!

Getting there was really straightforward. We found the clinic without any faff, and the sat nav pretty much took us right to the door, which always makes life easier.
The parking was better than I thought it’d be too. We managed to get a spot close by, so there was no last-minute rushing around or stressing about being late.
It just made the whole visit feel a lot calmer, to be honest. 5 stars from us, mainly because getting there and parking were both so simple

"Really fair about the rescan"
Had my scan and, typical, baby decided to curl up in the most awkward position possible, so they couldn’t get all the pictures and checks they needed. The staff were lovely about it though, didn’t make us feel like we were being a hassle and didn’t try to add on any extra charges. We went back a few days later, after I’d spent the morning drinking orange juice and walking around the car park like a mad woman, and they managed to get everything they needed. Really fair policy and everyone was so kind. Can’t fault them at all

"Lovely scan with my partner and mum"
We had a really lovely visit and I felt so much more at ease having my partner included properly, and being able to bring my mum in meant a lot to us. It was reassuring that the sonographer talked us through what we were looking at and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.
The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because we waited a little past our appointment time and the room did feel slightly busy, which made me a bit unsure at first. But overall it was a really nice experience, we felt well looked after, and we came away with some cute pictures.

"Pretty easy payment, I think"
I paid online quickly and, unless I’m forgetting something, there weren’t any issues at all. No messing about, which was nice.

"Seen Right on Time"
We actually got there a little early, expecting to sit around for a while like you usually do with appointments. But just as we were getting the kids settled and prepared for a wait, we were called in pretty much right on time. It was such a relief, especially having the kids with us, because they didn’t have time to get bored or restless. Everything ran smoothly and it made the whole visit feel much easier.

"A really sweet keepsake"
I’m really happy with how this turned out. The print quality looks great, and to me it feels like one of those little keepsakes you’ll actually want to hold onto. It came out really lovely

"The scan took a decent amount of time..."
The scan took a decent amount of time. Not too quick, not dragged out either. Just felt like the right pace. I never felt like they were rushing me through it, which I really appreciated. Overall, really happy with how it went.

"Just Didn’t Feel Worth It to Me"
Maybe I’m being picky, or maybe I expected too much, but this just wasn’t worth it for me. I was kind of hoping it would be better, especially because I don’t usually like spending extra money unless I feel like I’m really getting something out of it. Unfortunately, I didn’t, so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Referral sorted without too much hassle"
I had a clinical referral to deal with and, i was expecting it to be a bit of a nightmare. To be fair, they handled it quickly and the staff were kind, which helped a lot. They actually explained what would happen next instead of leaving me guessing. There was a bit of waiting around, which was annoying, but overall it was much smoother than I thought it would be.

I was in a neutral mood going in, and both branches felt about the same to me. Nothing really stood out in a bad way, and the service was decent at both locations. No major complaints.

"Surprisingly easy to book"
I have to say, the website was actually really easy to use, which isn’t always what I expect with these kinds of things. Booking didn’t take long, the scan options were clear, and I didn’t have to click around forever trying to figure it out. It worked fine on my phone too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it made the whole process feel a lot less stressful, so I’m happy with it

We got our scan pictures and the video link sent over not long after the appointment, which was really handy. It was easy enough to open and share with family, and there wasn’t any fuss with it. Overall, we were happy.

"Such an easy and lovely gift"
I bought a gift voucher for my sister and the whole process was super easy. It came through really quickly, and she had no trouble at all making her booking. It felt like such a thoughtful little present for expecting parents, and she was really happy with it. I’d definitely use it again!

"Really reassuring scan experience"
I had a scan here for something that can feel a bit nerve-wracking, they made it so much easier. They explained what they were doing as they went along and talked us through the results really clearly without making it feel rushed. I asked a few questions and they answered in plain language, which I really appreciated because medical stuff can be confusing. The staff were lovely too, and overall it felt like a really calming, reassuring visit...

The scan was good. Staff were friendly too. We had our little one with us and it was fine, but the wait felt a bit long. Not much there for kids. A few toys or books would really help. Overall okay. Just could be a bit more child friendly.
